The airport is located 15 km from downtown Hannover. Transport by tram to main station or taxi (45 Euro) directly to the Hospital. From the main station a tram (line 7, destination Wettbergen) takes about 7 minutes to the hospital.
Registration / Information

The registration desk will be open on Thursday 12:00 to 5:00pm, and on the following days from 08:00 am to 15:00 am.
Documents and badges

The congress documents should be collected on site at the registration desk. Name badges must be worn at all time during the course.

Language

The official language will be English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

CME Credits

This meeting has been registrated as part of the German credit system. CME credit certificates can be earned in case of a continuous attendance of the course.
Refreshment breaks and lunches

Coffee breaks and lunches are included in the registration fee.

Note: The number of participants is limited. The registration fee will increase by 100 Euro after October the 1st and 150 Euro by onsite registration.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretary. Refunds will be processed after the course. Requests or refunds after the course will not be considered.

Hotels

The Siloah Hospital is within walking distance from the three recommended hotels: Mercure Hotel: 15min; Marriott Courtyard 10min; Hotel am Rathaus 15min. Mercure and Marriott are located at the Maschsee, our big city lake. Hotel am Rathaus is close to the center of Hannover. Another recommended hotel is Landhaus Öhlers. From here a taxi will take 10 min to the hospital.
